NH LAKES Lake Host Charitable Giving Donation Form

NH LAKES has developed the Lake Host Charitable Giving Program to help our local partners raise funds from individuals for the Lake Host payroll expenses at a their lake.

As a donor to this program, you will receive a thank you letter/tax receipt and assurance that 100% of your contribution will be dedicated to the NH LAKES Lake Host payroll for the local Lake Host program you designate below.

NH LAKES is the only statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to the protection of New Hampshire lakes and ponds. As a charitable nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, all donations made to us in support of your local program are considered charitable contributions and are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

- Check. We ask that you complete this online form if you are planning on sending a check. This will guarantee that your donation is directed to the correct Lake Host Program. Checks can be made out to NH LAKES and mailed to us at 17 Chenell Drive, Suite One, Concord, NH 03301.

- Bank Draft. You can either fill out your account information on the electronic payment form that appears after you select Next or you can mail us a voided check and we can set up the bank draft for you.
